How to submit ideas to the Teachers Resource Centre
The Teachers Resource Centre is interested in considering ideas for publication.
In order for us to assess the suitability of your material and give us an idea of your writing style, please could you:
- Explain why there is a need in schools for such a product.
- Explain who the intended audience is (e.g. teachers, pupils, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 etc.).
Please could you also submit an outline of the content:
- a list of chapter/unit titles.
- a summary of each chapter/unit, indicating length (e.g. number of lessons or activity sheets).
- an appropriate sample extract (e.g. a unit, a lesson, a few dictionary entries, a chapter).
- an introduction for the user in which you set out the aims of the material.
We will get in touch with you if we think that we will be able to use your idea, or else we will return any sample material to you.
Please be assured that your ideas will remain your original ideas. We will not copy them without permission and they will be treated in confidence.
You can submit your ideas to The Teachers Resource Centre using our contact form.
